We offer free Economy shipping on all U.S. orders.
We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.

  • Economy - Delivery in 4 to 7 Business Days via UPS/USPS
  • Standard - Delivery in 3 to 5 Business Days via UPS/USPS
  • Express - Order by Noon ET Monday-Friday: Processing begins that same day. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS
  • Express - Order Saturday-Sunday or Holidays: Processing begins the following business day. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before orders ship from our warehouse.
If shipping to a P.O. Box address, your order will be shipped by USPS. Please note transit times will vary.


  • Orders placed Monday – Friday (before 1PM - EST) will process within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed Friday (after 1 PM EST) – Sunday or Holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • G Lifestyle Team will contact you with a follow-up email if any part of your order is unavailable.
  • You will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.
  • You will be contacted by email with a USPS/UPS tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.
  • If we are unable to complete your order, you will be notified via email within 5 business days. 


If you are not delighted with your purchase, you are able to return it for a full refund within 30 days of your order delivery. To start a return please send us an email to with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will provide you a return label. Once the label has been created and sent to you, you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return by sending us an email to, and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
