RETURNS

If you are not delighted with your purchase, you are able to return it for a full refund within 30 days of your order delivery. To start a return, please click here.

If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free! Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal.

If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

Once the label has been created and sent to you, you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES

At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return through our portal and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
